We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 502005 NB Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by the dietitian or chef.
- Kitchen Management
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Experience and Education
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 25 to 30 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
