About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Swiss Chalet #1784. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our guests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources needed to meet our culinary goals.
  • Quality Control: Inspect our kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift heavy objects.
