At Brian Lao household, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with bathing and personal hygiene, and performing light housekeeping duties. You will also have the opportunity to engage in regular exercise with our clients, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and provide companionship.
Apart from providing direct care, we also offer support for newcomers and refugees, as well as for Indigenous people through participating in government or community programs/initiatives. If you have experience working with these groups, we would love to hear from you
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, where you can grow and develop your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer- Competitive salary: $35,000-$45,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards)
