We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team at CHANDTRANSPORT LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and compliant with regulations.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Perform tasks such as assembling data, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
- Organized and reliable.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
