Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team at CHANDTRANSPORT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and compliant with regulations.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform tasks such as assembling data, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Personal Suitability:
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
