Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Green Prairie is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising landscape construction work, and ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, grounds maintenance, and landscape construction.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Manage and maintain work records and logs, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and completion.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, with exposure to hot and hazardous conditions. A valid driver's license and ability to operate a pick-up truck are required.
