We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscaping Team Lead to join our team at The Grounds Guys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of landscapers and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the field operations, including scheduling, routing, and quality control.
  • Lead and motivate a team of landscapers to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.
  • Group health benefits after 3 months of employment.
  • Four-day work weeks every other week.
