Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Team Lead to join our team. As a Landscaping Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the field operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a healthy team environment. If you're passionate about serving others, enjoy the business side of business, and are exceptional at communication, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the field operations, including walking job sites, checking for quality control, and maintaining equipment.
  • Structure routes, manage employee schedules, and keep crew members organized and on task.
  • Provide support to team members, find solutions for issues that arise, and ensure they have the training they need.
  • Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.
How We Measure Success
  • Attendance: Set the example for the rest of the team.
  • Budget vs Actual Hours: Keep jobs profitable by managing time planned and spent at each job.
  • Return Rates: Ensure quality control to minimize the need for rework.
  • Crew Retention: Maintain a healthy team environment and keep people accountable.
  • Customer Retention: Build great relationships with customers and ensure they receive exceptional service.
  • Full Utilization of Software & Processes: Make all the above possible.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
  • Willingness to complete training to get required certifications and licenses within 6 months, if required.
  • Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer.
Benefits & Pay
  • The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $27.00, dependent on experience.
  • Group health benefits after 3 months of employment.
  • Four-day work weeks every other week.
