We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Team Lead to join our team at The Grounds Guys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our field operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of landscapers and lawn care professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective routing and scheduling strategies to optimize crew productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all work meets our high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Manage and maintain all necessary equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
