The estimated salary for this position is between $105,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

This role plays a critical part in the Enterprise Finance team at Financière Sun Life, driving transformation and innovation in finance processes. As a key member of the team, you will lead initiatives aimed at improving productivity, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies such as Gen AI, Workiva, and Tableau.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new solutions, serving as a subject matter expert on non-IFRS policy and preparing analyses and recommendations for senior Finance leadership. Your contributions will help shape the future of finance at Sun Life, enabling the company to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A CPA designation with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Additional qualifications such as the CFA designation would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of finance performance management tools (CPM, FPM, or EPM).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and/or Workiva for creating executive-level reports.
  • Ability to influence change through indirect reporting structures.
  • Progressive experience with management reporting and senior executive/board reporting.
