Job Title: Director of Client Relations and High Jewelry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Relations and High Jewelry to join our team at Tiffany & Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with top clients, driving new business opportunities, and creating exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive new business opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create exceptional client experiences, including events, marketing initiatives, and personalized services.
  • Partner with retail leaders to develop the skills and capabilities of High Jewelry Sales Specialists to support overall Client Relations strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations to create unique and memorable experiences for clients.
  • Oversee the development and execution of charitable giving, client gifting, and in-store hospitality initiatives.
  • Manage local budgets and calendars of actions/events to ensure successful execution of client experiences.
  • Report on competitive insights and location activations to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and coach a developing team to success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of event management experience.
  • Must be creative with a high level of taste.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in a client relations/client-facing role.
  • Experienced in managing and coordinating teams.
  • Problem solver, solution-oriented, and agile.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed in Canada and the US.
  • Proficiency with client tracking systems, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in Canada or the country where the position is based.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College/university degree.
  • Luxury industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
