Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations, including staff scheduling and training
