Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation-focused company, you will play a vital role in providing therapy solutions for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, including admission assessments and specialized seating and positioning assessments.
  • Identify equipment needs and provide recommendations to clients and their families.
  • Consult with local vendors to facilitate equipment trials and complete applications for funding.
  • Provide education on seating and positioning, independence with activities of daily living, and adaptive aides to improve function and safety.
  • Evaluate restraint use, wound prevention, falls, and injury prevention, and record assessment and treatment interventions in client charts.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists.
  • Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
