Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Freight Systems Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, managing supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decisions, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
