Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at AA Electrical Services Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Policy and Procedure Development
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
Office AdministrationEstablish and maintain office routines, schedules, and procedures.
Communication and CorrespondenceAnswer and relay telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics.
Project CoordinationAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
Reporting and AnalysisOversee the preparation of reports and analyze employee data and information.
Payroll AdministrationManage payroll administration, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceAt least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
LanguageFluent in English.
