Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a seamless experience.
- Transaction Processing: Process day-to-day transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner.
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that meet their needs.
- Sales and Marketing: Contribute to the Branch's sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, promoting Scotiabank's products and services to customers.
- Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and banking applications, providing expert advice and support to customers to help them manage their banking needs.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving issues.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in banking applications and technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of customers.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
