Job Title: Reporting & Analytics Specialist

At McCain Foods, we are seeking a skilled Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our Global Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and respond to HR reporting and analytics case queue in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to design and implement reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Provide training and consultation to stakeholders on data visualization and analytics best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of HR reporting and analytics strategies to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR technology or reporting/analytics role.
  • Strong knowledge of data practices, data visualization, and dashboards development.
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors, UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), ServiceNow, and PowerBI is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and external contacts at all levels.
