We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our Global Human Resources team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop HR Reports: Design, develop, and implement reporting & analytics solutions that improve business decisions and drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor HR Reporting and Analytics Case Queue: Monitor and complete HR reporting and analytics case requests in line with our service level agreements and quality metrics.
- Schedule and Conduct Intake Calls: Schedule and conduct intake calls for more complex reporting asks and/or escalate to the improvement process.
- Reinforce Security Model: Reinforce our security model through process and controls, understanding what groups have access to what information, when further approvals are required, or when requests need to be diverted through the Data Governance process.
- Partner with Broader HR Organization: Partner with the broader HR organization for delivering against key projects and enhancements related to HR reporting and analytics.
- Identify Opportunities for Self-Service Reporting: Identify opportunities to provide and equip stakeholders with the ability to access self-service reporting capability and enable through appropriate training and consultation.
- Collaborate with Employee Experience Centre Teams: Collaborate with the necessary Employee Experience Centre teams or individuals when performance issues/errors or general data inaccuracies are identified via our reporting and analytics technology.
- Contribute to Testing and Break-Fix Analysis: Contribute to testing, break-fix analysis, and opportunity analysis as required in collaboration with the Digital HR Team.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and members of the HR Shared services center to provide an advisory service on Human Resources data, reporting analytics, and intersecting processes.
- 3+ Years in HR Technology or Reporting/Analytics Role: 3+ years in a HR Technology role or reporting/analytics role with good knowledge of data practices, data visualization, and dashboards development to positively impact employee performance and business results.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), ServiceNow, PowerBI, and SAP HCM: Experience working with SuccessFactors, UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), ServiceNow, PowerBI, and SAP HCM considered an asset.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Information Technology or Related Discipline: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Information Technology or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and external contacts at all levels, demonstrating strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to Use Good Judgment and Discretion: Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive personnel information.
- Strong Organization Skills: Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks without close supervision.
- Background in Advanced Analytics, Advanced Mathematics, or Statistical Analysis: Background in advanced analytics, advanced mathematics, or statistical analysis considered an asset.
- Advanced Experience with Microsoft Excel: Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel considered an asset.
- Ability to Work Effectively with a Geographically Dispersed Team: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team.
