Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our Global Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and respond to HR reporting and analytics case queue, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Design and develop reporting and analytics solutions to meet business needs, leveraging tools such as SuccessFactors, UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), and ServiceNow.
  • Provide training and consultation to stakeholders on data visualization and analytics best practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a HR Technology or reporting/analytics role, with a strong understanding of data practices and data visualization.
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors, UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), ServiceNow, and PowerBI is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to use good judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive personnel information.
