Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing outstanding associates, driving sales growth, and positively impacting our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Development
- Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent, including store leadership team members
- Teach, coach, and train associates to improve their success and selling potential
- Effectively lead and drive high-performance of all associates
- Customer Experience
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and gathering customer feedback
- Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus
- Business Operations
- Implement and sustain magazine direction to optimize business and bring the product story to life
- Lead consistent focus on delivering emotionally engaging customer experiences
- Implement company selling strategies
- Partner with sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities
- Asset Protection and Safety
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Incorporate asset protection and safety messages into daily operations
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a Store Manager with:
Proven experience in providing exceptional customer experiences, preferably in a retail environment2+ years of proven experience managing teams in a customer-focused/selling environment with a proven track record of driving successPassion for attracting, developing, and retaining diverse and dynamic teamsEducation and Competencies
We require a High School Diploma or GED Certificate and the following core competencies:
