Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Sales Floor ManagementAssign sales staff to duties, manage the sales floor, and ensure that the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
Inventory ManagementOrder merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.
Customer ServiceResolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Store OperationsEstablish work schedules, manage store hours, and ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
