Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure accurate stock levels, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
