Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Travelodge by Wyndham Winnipeg East. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, assist guests with special needs, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Room Management: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures.
- Front Desk Operations: Investigate complaints and claims, resolve issues, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Clerical Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a permanent position and 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
