Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Travelodge by Wyndham Winnipeg East. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process room changes.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, room assignments, and guest communication.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
