Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Travelodge by Wyndham Winnipeg East. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
  • Room Reservations: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures.
  • Customer Service: Investigate complaints and claims, resolve issues, and provide general assistance to guests.
  • Administrative Tasks: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and front desk operations.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
