King Edwards Extended Stay Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your duties will include registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and processing departures. You will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments. Additionally, you will provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone calls and messages, and balance cash and complete balance sheets. If you have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. We offer a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience. We will provide training for the right candidate. The working language is English. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
