This is a permanent, full-time role that offers hybrid working arrangements, with the flexibility to work primarily from our head office location or your Lower Mainland-based home office.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive partner who anticipates the needs of their executive team member. They will lead the short and long-term management of the executive's calendar, events, and support in achieving team deliverables.

About the Role:
  • Anticipate needs, provide timely updates, and manage administrative support functions for the executive leader, including triage and exchange of information, calendar management, meetings, communication, travel coordination, and preparation and distribution of materials.
  • Manage changing priorities and respond quickly to emerging issues using sound judgment to assess urgency and importance.
  • Represent and act as the voice of the executive, handling written and verbal communication ensuring a unified tone.
  • Support divisional budget planning, tracking expenses, and assessing monthly expenditures against the approved budget.
  • Gather and prepare Board and executive materials and presentations.
  • Conduct research and create reports on various topics based on the executive's needs.

In this role, you will use your planning and organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the senior executive assistants' team on organizational-wide projects and guide divisional executive assistants to deliver consistent service and value to your team.
