Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote children's growth and development.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and craft preparation.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
Work Environment

Our kindergarten setting is a dynamic and supportive environment where you will work closely with a team of 3-4 educators. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will also need to demonstrate manual dexterity and attention to detail. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The work hours are 40 hours per week.
