Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kinderbrook Montessori School.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator will work under the supervision of experienced educators to assist in the development and implementation of programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing activities that foster children's development and learning
  • Engage children in interactive play and educational activities, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts
  • Prepare snacks and maintain a safe and organized learning environment
  • Observe and record children's progress and share observations with educators and supervisors
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
