We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at KINDERBROOK MONTESSORI SCHOOL. In this role, you will assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in implementing educational programs for children aged 3-6 years.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and preparing crafts to promote their cognitive and creative development.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for children.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors to support their development and progress.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and children.
  • Physical stamina to engage in activities with children and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
