Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ST BOTTLE DEPOT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Order merchandise and ensure that it is received and stored in a timely manner.
- Authorize return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed efficiently.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to ensure that the store is operating efficiently.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all merchandise is accounted for.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.
