Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rayat Consultants Inc O/A Catalyst Pharmacy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management on areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
