Retail Store Supervisor

ST BOTTLE DEPOT LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their full potential.
- Authorize Payments and Merchandise: Process payments, manage inventory, and make informed decisions regarding merchandise ordering and returns.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, meeting business needs and customer demands.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure efficient restocking processes.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
