Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rayat Consultants Inc O/A Catalyst Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of workers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Client-focused and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
