As a Mortgage Credit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of The Toronto-Dominion Bank's (Canada) Mobile Mortgage Sales Force. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert support to Mobile Mortgage Specialists in all aspects of credit administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of work volumes.
About the Role:
- This is a remote-based position, working from your home office, with flexible scheduling in partnership with your associated Mobile Mortgage Specialist.
- You will be responsible for managing day-to-day work volumes received directly from your associated Mobile Mortgage Specialist, utilizing your exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations.
- We're looking for an individual with mortgage/credit lending/RESL experience, superior computer/technology skills, and proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high-level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Your outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients will make you a valuable asset to the team.
