  2. Conduct thorough credit investigations and searches as required to ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with members to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in lending policies and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant decision-making

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of experience in loan and mortgage underwriting in a credit union or chartered bank
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial information and make sound judgments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills, proficiency with computers, and comfort working in banking systems
