Job Summary

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide administrative support to our Community Outreach Program, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Community Outreach Program
  • Schedule appointments and maintain records
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
