As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal. Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership and direction in the development of cost management plans for various projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost estimating, with experience working on complex projects. You should be proficient in preparing detailed cost estimates, managing estimating teams, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimating: Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for various project types, including education, healthcare, residential, and commercial projects.
  • Cost Planning: Create and manage cost plans for multiple projects, ensuring that they are aligned with client objectives and timelines.
  • Change Order Analysis: Review and analyze change orders to ensure that they are properly documented and addressed.
  • Post-Contract Cost Management: Oversee post-contract cost management activities, including payment certification, cost reporting, and analysis of variances.
Requirements:
  • Education: A recognized university degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or quantity surveying.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in construction cost estimating and management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
