Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at S R PETROLEUM INC. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, network, and internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
  • Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
