Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at S R PETROLEUM INC.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and maintain a problems and solutions log for future reference
  • Supervise and train junior technical support staff
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
