Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at S R PETROLEUM INC.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, network, and internet connectivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to resolve issues
  • Provide training and guidance to users on computer systems, software, and network usage
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for future reference
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • May require working overtime or flexible hours
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
