Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at S R PETROLEUM INC. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues.
  • Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, guides, and other resources.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to users, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in computer systems, software, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
