Restaurant Manager Job Description

Tasty Indian Bistro is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best food and supply arrangements.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

Tight deadlines and attention to detail are essential in this role. You must be accurate, dependable, efficient, flexible, organized, and reliable.
