About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at TSAWWASSEN RESTAURANT LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to balance revenue and customer demand.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
