About the Role

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team at White Bay Group. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in elevating the digital user experience within our in-house systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user experience strategies for internal systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas and address user needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine and improve system interfaces.
  • Advocate for the end-user experience in all stages of product development, from concept to launch.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for complex systems, or apps.
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles and how they influence design choices.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
