Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of user-centered design solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and usability across our digital ecosystem.
  • Facilitate design processes, including discovery, design, implementation, testing, and release.
  • Design and develop artifacts such as user flows, content maps, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Ensure alignment on design solutions through iteration, collaboration, and effective communication.
  • Plan and facilitate discovery and content mapping sessions with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Produce designs that support our digital strategy and meet established standards.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of interactive user products and services.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in UX design for interactive products and services.
  • Working knowledge of UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and MURAL or Miro.
  • Experience with web UX, usability, and interaction design best practices.
  • Strong skills in facilitation, oral and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
