About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team at TVO. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user experience goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Design and develop user-centered solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve the user experience.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA analysts to ensure seamless delivery of user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
Qualifications
  • University degree in a related field, such as design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, human-centered design, and design thinking.
