About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
