Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development to ensure excellent customer service and food preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Operations Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop food service staff to meet the needs of the restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
