Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other areas of responsibility.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
Ensure Quality and SafetyEnsure that our food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish and manage work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage to meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
Coordinate and Review WorkCoordinate, assign, and review the work of our food service staff, providing feedback and guidance to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and customer service.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesFast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail are required.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, team player, reliability, and organized are essential qualities for this role.
