Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Thibault Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Develop and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to our business.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry tasks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Language:

English.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week.
